We made an appointment with Ian. On the day of the appointment he called and had to cancel for an emergency. No problem. We rescheduled for a week later and the same thing happened on the day of the appointment, another emergency. We made one final appointment and he never showed up, never called and never responded to our calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and would not recommend.
Our shih tzu (Pearl) absolutely loves Ian! She looks like a brand new pup after a session with him and loves they way she looks. If you're looking for a great groomers who loves your pup as much as you, absolutely try to get on Ian's schedule - he's always booked! PS: photo is not from a grooming session, rather is one of Pearl's favorites from a beach trip :P
Ian did an absolutely fantastic job grooming my very hairy husky beagle! He took the time to address the undercoat as well as doing ears, nails, etc. My dog came out smelling and looking great. Most importantly though he seemed to really like Ian, even AFTER the groomIng session, which is proof in my book that Ian is a true dog lover and a careful groomer. He’s professional, kind and easy to work with. If you need a mobile groomer, definitely give Ian a call.
Ian provided top service to my dogs! He took his time to ensure each dog was cared for and served properly. He met my family and I with a positive and professional attitude and his pricing is excellent. I am usually reserved in hiring anyone to groom my dogs but after speaking with Ian and learning about his experience as a groomer and LOVE for animals I decided to move forward with his service and I am THRILLED I did. I have nothing but positive things to say about Grooming & Co! Ian is an absolute dream- professional, kind, and trustworthy! He does an excellent grooming job, and my dog absolutely loves him. The convenience of coming to our home is a huge plus. 100% recommend!!!
