Had a very negative experience here, my poor older terrier Monkey was shaved ( September 2025)and he looked terrible and my puppy had the most expensive grooming I have ever been charged , it was $200. and when I questioned the price I was verbally abused and told not to come back. Don't worry we wont!!

The Groomery is the only place I trust for my senior dog, Jackson, in Chagrin Falls! Jackson is a 14-year-old teacup Yorkie who used to get overwhelmed by the noise at other grooming salons. From day one, the owner worked closely with us to create a calm and gentle grooming experience, and the difference is incredible—Jackson tolerates it much better now. I love everything about this place and this groomer. Everybody is so kind they can take care of the dogs so well it feels like I’m dropping them off at my home.
