Had a very negative experience here, my poor older terrier Monkey was shaved ( September 2025)and he looked terrible and my puppy had the most expensive grooming I have ever been charged , it was $200. and when I questioned the price I was verbally abused and told not to come back. Don't worry we wont!!

The Groomery is the only place I trust for my senior dog, Jackson, in Chagrin Falls! Jackson is a 14-year-old teacup Yorkie who used to get overwhelmed by the noise at other grooming salons. From day one, the owner worked closely with us to create a calm and gentle grooming experience, and the difference is incredible—Jackson tolerates it much better now.
