They are the best of the best! My baby walks in to get groomed and never looks back! He cannot wait to get there every month and he is treated like a king! They love him and he loves them!!

Had a very negative experience here, my poor older terrier Monkey was shaved ( September 2025)and he looked terrible and my puppy had the most expensive grooming I have ever been charged , it was $200. and when I questioned the price I was verbally abused and told not to come back. Don't worry we wont!!

The Groomery is the only place I trust for my senior dog, Jackson, in Chagrin Falls! Jackson is a 14-year-old teacup Yorkie who used to get overwhelmed by the noise at other grooming salons.
