Just received my $103 Geib thinning shears in an unpadded manilla envelope. I would at least expect items like this to be shipped in a box! It’s a miracle they were not damaged. I will not be ordering from this company in the future. Very disappointing.
When I opened my shop I ordered, $$$$$ FROM GROOMERS CHOICE Included was the DURA DOG HEAVY DUTY 44" HYDRAULIC TABLE...... Then the "rubber" table top started buckling terribly. The company replaced the Table no problem. Now down the road, THE REPLACEMENT TABLE TOP STARTS DOING THE SAME THING. Im not happy...So I called GC and was told that because it had been so long, they would not offer to help me at all. Not even a discount on a new table..nothjng. They need to stand behind the products that they sell...including DURA DO... read more
I love Groomer's Choice! Customer Service is amazing and if something is wrong with my order, they know how to make it right. I’ve used PetEdge for awhile and Groomer's Choice is so much better! I love doing business here for my salon!
Update: customer service has gotten 100% better. It has returned to the great customer service it had in the past. Customer service has dropped drastically. Used to be great customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service now. Been a customer for almost 15 years. Unacceptable
