Customer service was top notch! Very helpful and friendly!
Don’t ever buy a Stihl product from here (any westlake ace), the staff is great but when it comes to Stihl they don’t have a dedicated service department, only have one person able to look at them, it’ll be a week + to be looked at, they only are able to diagnosis basic issues, and if they can’t fix the problem they try to outsource to someone you have to pay to fix your product which is ridiculous.
