Employees are always friendly and helpful. We go here to get odds and ends for our pets and outside projects. Prices are a little higher than large competitors, but the convenience is counter balanced.
I love the customer service and help when I go in.
We are new to the area since finding out about Groom &Sons' HARDWARE. This will be our go to store when ever we're in Athens Texas. The staff are friendly, the store is clean and they are very knowledgeable about what you are looking for. They also greet you at the door when you enter which it appreciated. Makes it easy for in and out quick shopping.
Had to have new keys made and they worked like a charm!
