Staff is pretty unprofessional and unhelpful. I reached out to try and get an estimate on a new home build and after getting the run around for several weeks, Amy passive aggressively jumped down my throat about how I hadn’t provided the information or time they needed for a quote (no one l told me any of this, in fact when I originally sent the plans over I got a “this is great we’ll get back to you”).
