Awesome customer service, item arrived with missing weight plates (Amazon) and sat in storage for about 6 months. During assembly I noticed the missing plates. Figuring I would be on the hook for them because it sat so long, I called them directly and they were very helpful and sent the missing plates that I assume fell off the pallet during delivery no questions asked. 10/10 customer service. Highly recommend!
Gordie was great to work with. He assessed the space, listened to our needs and made suggestions regarding product options that would best fit the space as well as satisfy our requests. He was highly responsive from start to finish and beyond!
Can’t emphasize enough how great Gordie is with Gronk Fitness. I’m one of the owners of Addict Courts and teaming up with them on projects has been awesome.
