They did an awesome job with my son for his first ever haircut. Styled it exactly how my wife wanted and were very patient with him. My wife also got her hair styled while we were there and she is very happy with hers as well.
Went in because I needed a hair cut and beard trim. Hair was good but I had asked for a beard trim and ended up with the most botched, uneven beard. She had cut off years of growth and when I said she cut too much off she then argued with me that I dont know how to cut my own beard. Will never be going to any Grondins again.
Haircut was rushed and did not fade at all.
To say my hair was butchered is an understatement. My hair was to my waist. I asked to cut so that my hair would fall about 2 inches BELOW the shoulder when dry. My hair has no shape and falls above the shoulder. I almost cried. TERRIBLE!
