Can someone from GROM please contact me regarding refunding an MST4 that turned out to not be compatible with my 2012 MINI? Bought the VLINE2 and it's seriously glitchy... crashes often... overall sub par imo... just can't get myself to take it out and send it back cause I'm too lazy
When using the NIS02B3 in a compatible car, the bluetooth sound distorts when phone is at high volume, customer service says to turn the phone down.. That's not a solution, that's a band-aid. I do not get full range from my speakers with their device and would never buy another product by them.
Purchased several of their products to enhance the sound and safety of my 2003 LS430. In concert with their local representative, found their products exceeded my expectations in their attention to the smaller details that made for not only an exceptional audio experience, but to add features a vehicle that were created after its manufacture, making it an even more fun drive than the day I bought it. I recommend their products and their network of distributors and installers.
