Very unhappy with our experience. Loved the initial product bought from. Bed Bath and Beyond online in Canada. Beautiful gold shower /tub column combo for our bathroom reno. In less than a year the product failed.The tap was leaking at the shut off valve inside the handle/faucet. We are in Canada so I was forced to buy a new piece to replace. Purchased a shower kit wit wand, shower head and overhead. One of the valves was defective. The part costs around $10 for which they say they are responsible. However, they want to charge $54 for shipping. The part can fit in an envelope and can be shipped for 3 or 4 dollars. Their warranty is worthless and the same items they sell can be obtained less expensively from at least 3 other sellers. Buyer Beware.
