Wasted 2k on a shower head system. Been having issues with the thermostatic valve. Emailed, called and nothing in response except we need a video. How would someone go about showing a video with a water temp issue ?
I bought a shower system from them 3 years ago. Yesterday the pressure dropped so much we couldn't use the shower. I gave them a call and they answered right away and were able to walk me through how to take the shower valve apart and clean it. I'm Very happy with the service and after taking the valve apart it seems to be a quality product.
Grolta has absolutely fantastic shower trim and valves! highly recommend to everyone!!!

Very unhappy with our experience. Loved the initial product bought from. Bed Bath and Beyond online in Canada. Beautiful gold shower /tub column combo for our bathroom reno. In less than a year the product failed.The tap was leaking at the shut off valve inside the handle/faucet. We are in Canada so I was forced to buy a new piece to replace.
