I contacted this electrician regarding additional lighting in my home. Mr. Grohman came to my home, he was prompt but I was taken aback by the contemptuous manner in which he spoke to me. I had done nothing more than welcome him in my home and was ready to pay for his service. He said he would email a quote in a couple days and never did. I'm still amazed at how rude he was to me. I guess customer service and common courtesy is too much to expect in this day and age.
