Made an appt for 10 A. M. for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and 2 Front Shocks replaced under warranty. Called at 3:30 to check on the status. Not going to be able to service your vehicle today, we will try tomorrow.. What is the point in making an appt then. Left me vehicle there for basically the whole day for nothing to be done to it.
