Multiple times have not been open during regular posted business hours, hardly ever answer the phone. I'm tired of wasting my time to show up and find a locked door. Will be taking all of our business to Gaslight from now on. Already dropped off all of our dry cleaning with them today.
You’re over priced. 5 garments for 50 plus dollars is insane. Please keep that stale line about your prices are not a secret and you use this and pay that. Your employee was dry on customer service I guess because I interrupted her Tubi movie. If I’m gonna pay those prices at least greet me with a smile. I can drive to Houston for same quality and pay less.
They do a great job with the Heavy starch and the ladies are great that work there!!!
