We will NEVER shop at Groff’s again. We spent $4,000 for a kitchen set and hutch that was delivered in December. The chairs were covered in leather and had flaws that looked like scratches and a hutch drawer that sticks. I was given many excuses as to why they could not come out. So finally we took the chairs to them in May. First we were told that they were natural flaws and they could not do anything for us. We ordered a book case in May, and now it's 17 weeks later and we still don't have it. It cost almost $3,000. I was told when ordering that it would take 4 weeks + finishing (another 2-3 weeks) and I was fine with this. It actually took 10 weeks for the shelf to come in to Groff's, we went in to look at it (it was fine), and then it went to the finisher. Wanted two standard rocking chairs. I decided to purchase from local small business rather than the chains as I like to support local businesses and usually the experience is extremely friendly and pleasant. Groff's, however, does not care about customer satisfaction. Information was extremely vague and staff apathetic. I waited 7 weeks for the chairs without so much as a word from Groff's about status.
