I had the pleasure of selling a Groff home to a buyer client from out of state. Matt was great to work with throughout the process. The Groff Team did what they said they were going to do AND when they said they would do it! Very trustworthy!
We recently bought a new home from Groff homes and could not be more thrilled with the outcome! Matt and his team were outstanding, the fit and finish on the home was luxury level and really checked all our boxes. They did not break the bank and the customer service was off the charts! We only had a few punch tickets items to fix after inspection, guess how long it took? Less than 48 hours and everything had been addressed !!!
