I was deeply disturbed by comments made publicly by an individual associated with this business. In a Facebook discussion, they openly expressed support for bringing slavery back. This is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor judgment and values. I cannot support or recommend a business that condones such harmful beliefs.
I am not sure how the others had great service here? I was told that parts are usually delivered in 1 day, it is now 9days later! I understand shipping is not in your control, but i have not even had an update?? Not even a simple phone call! Nor a reply to my email to your contact page.. Also, I was going to have you do a lot more work. But at this point, I wish that I just bought the kit and installed it myself.
