Fast, knowledgeable and service with a smile. Sharpest blades on the east end!
Not helpful. Kept a chainsaw for several months and when I finally decided to retrieve it without being fixed, he just said, it's not the season, now he's doing mowers. Brought a chipper in, 12 hrs of use, and it would throttle up and down, sometimes stall, without even being fed. Insisted it was because of feeding, and when I brought material in to test on site, he said don't bother, I can't find anything wrong.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! He has terrible customer service, and couldn't fix a little problem on my 1 1/2 year old TORO. Had to bring it back to them 3 times with the lawn mower not working when I got it back (I wonder why they didn't test it properly before giving it back!). I was forced to picked it up today with no solution because I couldn't wait for him to prioritize the repair (they have had it on/off since end of last summer/almost a year).
