went to get my $25.00 award for October per a phone call Nov 15. "Michele". looked for several minutes in the office. Finally, she came out and handed me a $20.00 gift card. When I asked about the $5.00 she was not inclined to help. Showed no empathy at all and told of me there was a mix-up and JC got $25.00. Not a very good experience and she acted like she could care less.😒

Grocery Outlet has many products not found elsewhere and regular foods at much lower prices than other markets here in Yakima. My son and I shop here several times every month. I really like this store for its low prices, friendly helpful clerks and how easy it is to traverse the aisles.
I love the Grocery outlet bargain market.. from the cashiers to the tried and true pricing.. Winco has nothing on GOBM.. Haven't even been there yet.. don't plan on it..
