I recently shopped the Mt. Vernon, WA outlet and was offended that no store employees were wearing face masks. I questioned the checkout woman as to why and she replied, "because we don't have to". After leaving I called the store with the same question and was given the same answer. This lack of concern about the health of customers to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is rude and offensive and reflects badly on all Grocery Outlet establishments.

I went to Grocery Outlet in Mount. Vernon yesterday, I was appalled at what I saw. There was no one sanitizing the carts, and none of the cashiers were wearing gloves. The isles were crowded with people, no one was obeying the 6 foot social distancing rule. Not many costumers had gloves or mask on. People were stopping to talk in the isles. The costumer in front on me had a runny nose and the cashier did not sanitize after she left. I was so upset I chose to go to a different cashier. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!! This store is the best! The prices are great, the shelves are fully stocked with new things, all the employees say hi, and they do an awesome job calling for back up at the registers to make the check out quicker! Thanks Mount Vernon Grocery Outlet!

Really appreciate the good old-fashioned customer service here, every trip! A big "Thank You" today, to the young man, who said "Good Morning" and asked if I was finding everything ok, and then went in the back to get a case of Banana Chips when I couldn't find any on the shelf! He's a keeper in this day and age, and deserves a promotion! This store helps so many struggling people and families make ends meet in these tough times, keep up the good work!
