On the day that Phase 2 of the reopening of Washington State went into effect, the mandate that ALL residents were REQUIRED to wear a face mask in public, maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet . I was so shocked. NOT ONE TELLER, STOCK PERSON, OR MANAGEMENT, HAD A MASK ON. Maybe 10 percent of the customers had masks on.
