I usually love going to grocery outlet but today was my last time at least to this location, my four year old needed to use the restroom like an emergency and asked one of the cashier if he could use it he told me to ask the manager so I did. She told me restrooms were closed I told her it was an emergency my kid needed to use it very bad she denied and you can guess what happened next yes my son had an accident it makes me very upset because she was letting people in without a face mask which is mandatory right now but she ... read more

We apologize that this occurred but due to this pandemic in an effort to limit exposure for both customers and employees our restrooms closed at the end of March and will remain closed indefinitely. I have changed the code so my staff was unable to accommodate your request as they can’t access the bathroom at all, not even my store manager as I am the only one who knows the code. I have shopped her for years off and on because I like some of the products and prices. However I was horrified tonight to see them doing a horrible job with regards to pandemic safety protocols. In fact, they were seemingly disregarding the face mask order almost entirely. There are no plexiglass screens at register and one employee was wearing his mask around his neck while stocking products including produce and then went up to the register and waited on customers without mask on his face.
