Bad Businesses in Roseburg The poster above pretty much explains the store. It is the only grocery store on the south part of Roseburg though, catering to homeless, and low income shoppers lacking vehicles. For about the same prices, you can go and find much better groceries with brand names and about the same prices. The Outlet has really pathetic produce. I once bought some potatoes there. not so good the prices here may be good but the food isn't worth the small price you will pay. The store is dirty and very poorly stocked, the staff is very grumpy to the customers and to each other, and it smells bad. The brands of food are those that I have never heard of and the contents arer stail and old tasting.
