I usually love going to grocery outlet but today was my last time at least to this location, my four year old needed to use the restroom like an emergency and asked one of the cashier if he could use it he told me to ask the manager so I did. We apologize that this occurred but due to this pandemic in an effort to limit exposure for both customers and employees our restrooms closed at the end of March and will remain closed indefinitely. I have changed the code so my staff was unable to accommodate your request as they can’t access the bathroom at all, not even my store manager as I am the only one who knows the code. There was a woman in this store letting her 4 kids run around and screen, they almost hit me with the cart, thier mom wasn't watching them at all. The workers here did nothing about any of this. They didn't tell her to calm her kids or anything. I'm disabled and almost couldnt get out of the kids way with the cart!! The staff was UNHELPFUL!
STOP letting hoarders rape the shelves! Your staff is bad and your store is never stocked. We in the community rely on your store. But when an emergency happens what do you do? Let us down! You should limit purchases on bread and meat and toilet paper. I found none of this stuff last week. And when I complained your store employee abused me. I'm not spending my social security money in your store any more. You're NOT reliable.
