Having differences of opinion is qualified as insubordination with immediate termination from Grocery Haulers but being drunk, loud and belligerent in Alburtis replaying Miley Cyrus-Flowers and talking negatively about certain drivers is acceptable. Leadership set the tone during the beginning stages of the Garden routes in March 2023.
