Currently in the process of filing chapter 13 bankruptcy but, from the first call and until now it has been such a great experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAN LICATA!, if you want a very friendly personable bankruptcy firm this place is for you, dont fall for other attorneys post petition costs come here and pay full price you save more money just by paying up front than doing the "post petition" fees.
Told them that I was dead broke and cannot finish paying my fees at the moment. They charged me 25 dollars to send a letter when I had talked to someone a week prior.
