I returned home to find the GroMaster sign on my lawn that service had been performed. NO CALL NO INFORMATION about what was done?? Called the company and was told well back in October of 2023 you told us not to perform any further services until spring, it is now spring so we came out . Again what did they do ? Was I informed they were coming? No just a money grab!! When I told them to cancel me from any further services I was informed I had to send them an email so they had proof of cancellation. We only used their website. We were looking for a one stop shop all online. Makes my life easier. They did not offer pricing and service confirmation online so we went to another company.

I have been using them for over three years. They have dealt with difficult pests and kept my lawn vigorous. Always helpful and great at explaining what my lawn needs and why. Understanding the timing of fertilizers and pest controls is tricky, as is calibrating equipments and choosing the right treatments. It’s a huge time saver to trust the job to these professionals. Worth every penny.
