McKenna helped me when I arrived to inquire about 3 way soil and boulders. She had been on the equipment when I drove in and immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. Very helpful and a positive face to the company. It was nice to go to a business where customers are appreciated.
Top notch! Rarely do I have occasion to leave a five-star review for any service, no matter how good, but GRO went above and beyond just excellent service. Along with reasonable pricing, good materia, and quick delivery, everyone from the office to the yard to the fellow that delivered the material were great. Great service and timely
I had a delivery of 3 way top soil delivered today by Jeremy. I was concerned how he could get the truck over the curb and onto my yard without damaging the curb. Then he pulled out his ramps and showed me how he would back the truck over them onto the yard, and when he did, everything went perfectly, he was careful not to hit any of my plants or ornamental grass or even the tree that was nearby.
