I'm giving this business a review based on a driver they had in Northeast Ohio. White male beard driving in and out of traffic cutting people off. This is definitely not the type of person you want representing your company. If these are the type of people you hire, what kind of work do you do?
Nelnet {GRNE} installed my solar and did a good job it got turned on mid July and the production for two weeks took care of my July Ameren bill. My bills are about $10 and change every month.
Process was great from start to finish. Reese and Andrew were very responsive to all my questions. Doug and team did a fantastic job getting everything to fit with some tricky space and location constraints. They also worked hard to get things installed in time to meet a very tight rebate deadline for the batteries. System has been working great since it was installed ~4 months ago.
Be aware that this company ,Nelnet, uses self deleting e-mail technology. Even if you think you can save or print e-mail correspondence from them there is a disclaimer at the bottom of there e-mails. To me, this is just nasty business. They can promise and write whatever in there e-mails and not be accountable. Disgusting. And did i mention NASTY..........
Thank you all for being part of getting solar installed in my house. You were all so wonderful to get me through (holding my hand when necessary) the process to the installation yesterday. Please know that the gentlemen that worked on my house were fantastic! They were skilled, respectful, helpful and professional. Please let them know how happy and grateful I am to them for all of their hard work. I now have the coolest, bestest house in Urbana thanks to GRNE!
