Marlene and the GRL POWER gym was recommended by my sister. It has been such a pleasant experience to be a part of it, I don’t only feel comfortable because it’s a girl only gym but because Marlene is such an amazing trainer. She pushes you when you need it without making you feel self conscious or bad. Overall the best gym I’ve been to.
Tight work out spaces, no weight training equipment and membership is pricey for what is offered. Ended up joining another women’s gym. Cute theme
Started once again a health and fitness journey with the best trainer there is. Just want to thank you for all you have done for me and keep on doing. Marlene trains me since many years no meter where I am across the Staates, I can always count on her when I want to reach a fitness goal. Not only does she help me every time to look like a fitness model but also with my nutrition and mental health. I have been doing personal training here at GRLPWR for a few months now, I have never felt more motivated to work out than I do now. I am the healthiest and fittest I have ever been and working with Marlene always feels like I am working out with a bestie who wants the best for me. 10/10 please do yourself a favor, start going to THIS GYM.
