Decent storage unit, occasional mice, but expensive. Beware of the owner: he'd agreed to and signed a lease with me that I explicitly negotiated with him stating it would convert to month-to-month after the first year. Instead of honoring the agreement and his written word to me, he demanded I sign a one-year lease renewal. When I would not agree to the additional year-long term, and even offered a 6-month compromise, he terminated the lease entirely; despite its written-contract conversion to month-to-month.
