They installed our floors and the installers were awesome and the floors looked amazing. Now 2 years later I have been trying to get warranty issues taken care of. They will not return the call and the voice mail is not set up for messages. They told me 3 weeks ago they know who did the install and they will call me back to get some one out here. We have used Grizzly flooring twice so far and both times have been a wonderful experience. We had carpet installed in several rooms and they made it very easy for us! Thank you Charles!!
