Took my truck in for its first oil change and there technician damaged my truck by stepping on the side plate with there muddy boots. There was mud on my seat on the front part of the seat where the plastic is, also inside the door speaker. Clearly they don’t put down those cardboard mats or seat covers. They replaced the one piece that was damaged but not the other piece. Dissatisfied with how the manager Stuart talks to customers. Customer service really needs to be improved.

Ok I don't have the best of spelling but I hope I can explain how this company has had my well being even when it was crazy to explain my situation, my traverse is in for repairs and my other car has no heat, this company and staff make sure I that no matter what I situation that I wasn't alone.
