Honest, fair and nice to talk to. I drive a diesel super duty, FICM faulted when I got into town after driving 500 miles. I was able to get my truck towed to Grizzly while I was loading up on a houseboat. Thanks to Grizzly, I was able to get home confidently and safely after my vacation
Grizzly was a life saver! Turbo actuator went out on my Ram 3500 when camping out at Beehive Campground. I was towing my 5th wheel and luckily able to set up shop before turbo actuator went out. Truck wouldn't go above 10 mph. I was fortunate enough to find that Grizzy was nearby. Grizzly was able to get a turbo actuator ordered and lucky for me I was able to get the truck to his shop. After making an idiot mistake that made it impossible to drive my van without causing substantial damage, Grizzly took me in mid-afternoon on a Friday to get my vehicle fixed. In just a couple hours, my van was good to go and back on the road. As a solo “vanlifer,” being in an unfamiliar town with an incapacitated vehicle is a dreaded scenario. Grizzly was a godsend! We were traveling through Tuba City and the turbo on our truck went out--we were 30 hours from home pulling our 34' 5th wheel camper from the Grand Canyon heading to Colorado. Called every place in the area to no avail. Called Grizzly and he said he'd check to see if he could find the part. Called back and said he had 2 but he was 1.5 hours away.
