The owner and his crew are one of a kind, some of the most welcoming whilst serious individuals in the game…This is a legitimate strongman/strongwoman gym from the warehouse look/wrestling Mats to the the equipment itself…you want to get strong AF go to grizzly…PS I do not work there, I am not a member, the gym is sadly too far for me for as a daily, but I will go out of my way to train there every few weeks …that should say something.
Great gym that's run by knowledgeable and helpful people! They'll work with you no matter what your goals are. Friendly environment that helps each other build and grow as individuals.
