I contractor Adam for a 30x40x13 building and a 24 x40x14 carport. From start to finish the job was very seamless no problems had to move out one week for installation due to rain. Adam give me a few pointers and a few suggestions and they all worked out really well would definitely recommend Grizzly steel structures.
Adam was great. Edit 6/15/26: Building leaked around sill plate immediately after install (days after install). I reported to the salesman on 5/23/26, he said it would be sent in. Still nothing from the company. So 4 stars for the salesman Adam, he was fine. Follow-up with issue poor. It's been 3 weeks and the only responses I get are when I initiate an email. I went ahead and fixed the problem myself (I hope).
Adam is amazing to work with, what other companies typically charge extra for mostly come standard when buying your building. Very thankful I was referred to him, immediately knew I would be purchasing my building after a brief conversation. Building install was great and was completed in 1 day, he called several times to check on progress and offer any assistance I may need. Overall great experience highly recommend.
Building installation was perfect installers did really good. Office communication is a little rough. Building is great quality.
I am posting this review to document serious concerns with the installation quality of my building and to encourage the company to address these issues promptly. Unfortunately, the structure appears to have been assembled out of square. The uprights, rafters, and door openings are misaligned, which has caused the roll-up doors to repeatedly bind and become stuck when closing.
