The whole process with Raymond and Grizzly Garages was beyond awesome …. This is the best garage company you can work with in terms of quality, professionalism and getting work done. They were trustworthy, got my garages installed exactly (or before) they said they would. The quality was actually better than I anticipated. Just now starting the process of purchasing our building with Raymond. Very satisfied with the communication in what our building is going to look like through the architectural designs through Raymond. More details to come.
Raymond at Grizzly Steel has been awesome to work with. Very informative, and really responsive to make some changes since my city permitting was difficult. He made things work with us and we felt good about them not being a middle-man. They kept their word and got us our building delivered within 4 weeks!
Like other people here there has been consistent problems with Raymond. If you ask him to do something you’ll never hear back from him and I’ve noticed air takes on average four times to request and ask something from him before he follows through. It’s been a borderline nightmare process dealing with this company because of him. We have three more structures we’re going to have to put up on other properties and we just won’t use this company again.
I have bought 5 metal carport type buildings in my lifetime and every one was a pain to get built. The order and price was great but it took forever to actually get built…… but number 6 I bought from Grizzly and not only was the customer service great Logan followed through on everything he said he would do. He beat the price of the competition and believe me I had a spread sheet of what Everyone offered and their price.
