I went into this place just looking for a quick workout where I could get a good sweat in and head home after a tough day at work, but the second I walked through the door the positive atmosphere changed my whole mood. I was in Frostburg for a basketball camp but the college's fitness center was closed. I called Grizzlies and they accommodated me a 3 day pass for $5. The gym was fantastic! It had everything I needed and was a refreshing change from the Planet Fitness I usually go to. I will definitely contact them when I come back next year for camp. Highly recommend!

What a stellar stellar gym. I was up here for a vist, and wow! The owner is truly one of a kind. The gym is in peak shape for all levels. Highly highly recommend!

Great place for a no nonsense workout! It isn’t fancy. So if you need a gym with all new equipment and fitness classes look elsewhere. Grizzlies may not have everything you want but, they have everything you need for a fit, muscular, and strong body. Plenty of free weights, older machines, good cardio equipment. Grizzlies is not for everyone. If you are looking for a serious place to work out, Grizzlies may be for you!
