I would definitely take my hat off to Johnathan Green if I wore one! He was beyond helpful, straightforward, professional, on time, and definitely restored my faith in there being honest people still out there! I appreciated his efforts, time, and knowledge. William was absolutely fantastic! He saw the problem right away on my tankless water heater and fixed it the same day. He was such a nice person and professional. Because of him and his work I will be using Grizzly for my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you William. Update Feb 3: William did a great job at fixing two gas leaks at different points. He is very kind and patient. He fixed the leaks and I don’t have to worry anymore.
