Very friendly and helpful staff... they truly care about your pet
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review. The Veterinarian’s that work behind the scenes are very good and I enjoyed working with them in the past. The older lady that sits behind the front desk is a different story. Just mean rude and disrespectful. My dog was puking non stop in my vehicle, I feared she might have eaten something poisonous and didn’t know what to do…. After our vet closed last year, we wondered if we ever would find anyone as good. From the moment we walked in to Grizzly Peak their friendly staff, Tanya, Kara, Dr. Becky put all our worries at ease and took exceptional care of our boy Moose. We are thankful to have a new wonderful vet for our babies.
Been trying to get my pets records since the fiasco with Red Lodge Vet abruptly closing in June with no results. Was just told it would take weeks to have copies (again). Asked for the physical records and was told I could not have them.
