We hired them for a move on 3/19 from a 950 sq ft. apartment (with elevator) to an 800 sq ft. apartment (with a flight of stairs). Communication with Roy on the phone was excellent and detailed. On moving day, our 2 movers (Demian and Maksym) were incredibly hardworking and fast. They started at 9 am, had everything loaded to leave by 1 pm, drove ~45 minutes to the new place, and finished unloading everything by 4 pm. I had a really disappointing experience with this moving company. They overcharged me with inaccurate hours, they didn’t even bring power tools to unmount my TV, which should’ve been a quick job, but instead dragged it out and damaged the hardware, which I had to replace out of pocket. To make matters worse, they removed the TV incorrectly, risking serious damage, and then sneakily added an extra $10 per hour ($50) surcharge just because I paid with a credit card instead of cash—no clear disclosure of that upfront. Paul, Yaro, and Max did a fantastic job helping us move. They went above and beyond, adjusting on the fly to special requests. They are puzzle masters, securely packing our Uboxes to their fullest. We never would have been able to do this. We didn't accurately estimate the number of Uboxes we needed so Paul arranged to pack the rest of our things into their truck. I used Grizzly a few weeks ago. I have moved three times in the last five years. Moving is stressful and there's always things that can go wrong, and to minimize those things this time I wanted to use a professional moving company. I did a good amount of research and found their prices to be very competitive with comparable companies.
