The customer service at Grizzly Jig is excellent. I was at the store 2 weeks ago and picked up a number things. However, in my haste to get home to Chattanooga, I realized I had picked up the wrong reels. Called the store told them of my mistake and we made a seamless exchange. I’m a happy camper 😊.
