The sales team at Grand Bear Resort has been so professional, kind, and easy to work with. Even though I haven’t visited in person yet, it’s clear they truly care about their couples and events. Highly recommend their team! ✨
Horrible stay, receptionist rude, aggressive, with an attitude, mistreated my family and I. Website informed that waterpark would function as low season hours, which is understandable. However, NEVER was I informed that the restaurants would be closed.NEVER. This "resort" is in the middle of nowhere, which is fine, IF YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT. I purchased a Villa for 2 nights and the TV wasn't working the hot water took an hour to get hot. I have yet to receive any resolution towards this inconvenience.
One of the best one in whole area. Really liked the experience
