Grizzly did an amazing job on installing our mini split. Zach is the ultimate professional he explained everything to us as we went through the entire process from quote to final installation. Great communication and prompt every step of the way. I highly recommend Grizzly can't say enough about them, you don't get this kind of care these days from service providers. I'm a client for life.
Found Grizzly comfort after looking for a locally owned hvac company when my heat went out at 7AM on a Saturday morning. Zach (the owner) answered the phone himself and was very friendly and accommodating. He showed up on time and found the original installers left flammable materials in my unit and they used incorrect and unsafe wiring which is not something you expect on a new home. Zach did a great job repairing my hvac. I will definitely use Grizzly for all of my future hvac needs.
