I had a great experience with Zach for my AC repair. He returned my call promptly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and quickly diagnosed the issue the same day. He was able to clearly explain the issue and what needed to be done to fix it.
Zach was great, went well beyond just doing regular maintenance.
My AC has busted in the middle of 95 degree heat. Hands down the fastest and nicest service I’ve received from just about any business in my 15 years of living in Alabama. He showed up within a couple hours of me initially reaching out and had the problem fixed the same day. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend them!
Capacitor blew and caused our home to heat up to almost 90° in the middle of summer. After contacting multiple larger companies who couldn’t come out until the following days, I reached out to Grizzly. Zach was helpful, informative and quick to schedule within the HOUR! He came out and addressed the situation with professionalism and urgency. Walked me through what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it- and had great prices. I highly recommend Grizzly and will be using them for ALL future HVAC needs!
