These guys are the Greatest! I got a chip in my windshield today and it was a bad one so I had already went to these guys before, for my first one when I chipped it got it done the same day and they are all so kind and confident on the work they do. And they fix this one same day too not even 30 minutes and done ✅
I went in for an Air and water test. Good news was there was no leaks but found that there was moisture coming in through the back third break light. They were able to seal the light very quickly and had me on my way. Grizzly Glass is awesome!! I will definitely be going back again.
So thrilled with Cody and Grizzly Glass. We had a large bird crash into one of our large picture windows a few weeks ago when it was very cold. The window had cracked and with the temperature, the crack quickly spread. Cody was great at coming out quickly, we had a quote the next day. The turn around time was quick and when an order mix up, and a non traditional install sent the project off the rails, Cody was sure to keep to the initial quote and make sure the work was done right. Thanks!
Took my class a to Grizzly in Spokane valley. They replaced the left front windshield panel. The windshield work was fine, but the repair people broke off my cup holder no word from the front desk. No big deal, I’ll shine the cup holder on. Drove right over to Camping World to empty the holding tanks for storage as I had just returned from winter south. Both Rob the installer and Kaycee who took the call were amazing, both deserve a raise! They have always taken good care of me and both are very friendly. Definitely feels like working with a small business, amazing people!
