So thrilled with Cody and Grizzly Glass. We had a large bird crash into one of our large picture windows a few weeks ago when it was very cold. The window had cracked and with the temperature, the crack quickly spread. Cody was great at coming out quickly, we had a quote the next day. The turn around time was quick and when an order mix up, and a non traditional install sent the project off the rails, Cody was sure to keep to the initial quote and make sure the work was done right. Thanks!
Grizzly Glass knows what they’re doing! They did a house call to install a new windshield on my Mercedes and Rob the technician did a fantastic job. Very professional and quick on scheduling. Alicia at the office made it swift and smooth to get this taken care of. 11/10 recommend.
Amazing experience with this company. From talking to the knowledgeable receptionist and getting scheduled to having them come to me, everything was seamless. Rob and his coworker were fast and efficient in replacing my windshield and were very respectful when it came to my complex's rules and regulations. So glad I went with Grizzly!
Took my class a to Grizzly in Spokane valley. They replaced the left front windshield panel. The windshield work was fine, but the repair people broke off my cup holder no word from the front desk. No big deal, I’ll shine the cup holder on. Drove right over to Camping World to empty the holding tanks for storage as I had just returned from winter south. I recently sought glass replacement services in Spokane and CDA area and unfortunately chose to get a bid from this company. After receiving 4 bids, it became clear that their pricing is significantly higher than other competitors. I felt compelled to share my experience as I was shocked by the discrepancy.
