The WORST business I have ever dealt with. Purchased a fireplace insert in December 2016. Returned it shortly after Christmas as it didn't fit. Thought we'd get our refund within a couple weeks. Called weekly and went out there. Never returned our calls and it was always closed when we went out there. Finally talked to someone there and were told we didn't return a louvre??? Are you kidding me. If there was a louvre missing it was because it wasn't provided us. Finally on May 25 we received our check. 6 months later!!!! $575... read more
