I joined Grizzly Family Fitness three years ago hoping to find a welcoming place that not only allowed me to pursue my fitness goals but also fostered a community of which I could be a part. I only knew a few instructors and members at the time. I started with CrossFit (5:30 am!! Let’s go!!) as a complete rookie, and although my skills and strength were small - the instructors and classmates were encouraging, helpful, and supportive.
