Paid to do the work, they didn’t do it. Over a year later tried getting my money back…
Been waiting for months almost a full year if not a full year by now for a new front bumper, side skirt amd a few other parts. Was told the parts were there for a while then eventually some how got returned. Shop ended up moving places, I keep getting the same excuses over and over again after I paid them in full before hand. Haven’t received a refund or anything. SMH. Definitely going to take the legal route now. Wish me luck!!
Grizzly Customs had my vehicle for 6 months before he did work on it. After getting my car back I found that he had not done $1,700.00 worth of work that the insurance company paid him to do. He says he offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee but he doesn't fix the problems when asked to do so. I have been dealing with him for almost a year and the work is still not done.
