Before you take your cart to them for service go on YouTube and try to figure out the problem yourself, because their service department has no clue on how to fix a golf cart. They just start replacing parts hoping it fixes the problem. They had my cart for a total of three weeks and every time they said it was fixed and delivered it back to me. It was worse than it was.
