John quoted me 4.8 hours for a job that took me less than 30 minutes of actual work. I litteraly unscrewed 5 lines and then took a socket wrench to the 5 injectors. Guy wanted almost $900 just to pull the injectors and screw em back in. Not even to rebuild or test them. OUTRAGEOUS. After hearing this number I picked up my truck and had to pay almost $200 for his “diagnosis” which was nothing more than the information that I gave him when sending the truck in for service. Thoughts?

I was able to deal directly with the owner directly for this entire transaction. John was very knowledgeable and prompt with responding and letting me know what work was being performed and when. He also had a very quick turn around and from the time I called and got a tow to picking up the truck from his shop was much faster than any shop I’ve been to.
