Con artists hiding behind the vail of Jesus. There is absolutely nothing good or Christian about these people. Be warned, stay away.
Get a bid and very clear contract/ scope of work. I have never done a review for a contractor and have done full renovation, remodel projects, new builds over 15 years. I have never had such a bad situation. I have taken additional security measures on my home since this experience.
In over 20 years of home ownership have never experienced such a situation. A very small (very) bathroom remodel - was supposed to take “8 days” - we preordered all major materials and staged them in garage before they started - they showed up late and left early to “get supplies,” “it’s about to rain,” on and on…at the end of the 2nd 5 day week they had worked a total of about 30 hours and we came home to find all of their equipment gone. Quality carpentry and general construction craftsmanship to bring my vision to life, for a dual purpose rustic-designed space, which included a very sturdy reading/sleeping loft. Also provided timely referrals for high quality drywall, electrical and insulation work. Thank you!
Grizealy Construction is the best. They resided our garage and they did such a good job, we had the put up a split rail fence. Quality, honesty and friendliness were all a wonderful part of their service. We will use them again and would highly recommend them !
